Terms & Conditions
  1. All work is guaranteed to be carried out to the standard specification.
     
  2. If the fixed price service is agreed we will completely clean the object (house or office) to the guaranteed specification on the scheduled date and time.
     
  3. In the unlikely event of HCA (House Cleaning Atlanta) damaging the clients property we will fully reimburse the cost of replacement.
     
  4. Unless special arrangements have been agreed payment for work carried out will be due upon completion.
     
  5. Cancellations - Client . All cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled time. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the agreed price for appointments not cancelled within the correct time frame.
     
  6. Property Access. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that HCA can gain access to the property as per the schedule agreement. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the agreed price for appointments that we cannot complete due to access restrictions.
     
  7. We reserve the right to refuse to enter a property if we believe that there is a risk to any HCA employee.
